OUR APPROACH

 Where confidentiality meets capability.

We assess the three areas that decide whether AI helps or harms a wealth practice. Most problems attributed to the model are actually people, process, or technology problems — and they are fixable.

People

• Decision rights: what a model may never decide
• Who owns each threshold, and where it is visible
• Review and approval workflow
• Staff training on reading AI output critically
• Escalation paths to a person

Process

• Workflow analysis and documentation
• Source-of-truth mapping for every reported figure
• Logging, audit trail, and as-of dating
• Refusal conditions: when the system must stop
• Grading and review of each capability before it is trusted

Technology

• Local and hybrid model deployment
• Hardware sizing and performance envelope
• Data boundaries and security model alignment
• Integration with the book of record, read-only by default
• Cost and capacity modeling
